About Prof.RM.Pitchappan
Professor RMP, as he is known among the scientist community is a multi facet personality. Besides being rated as one of the top class scientist and teacher, he is an - Artist, Photographer, Writer, Gardner and a Globe trotter covering most part of the world - on invitiation. He has held various positions in esteemed institutions across countries. Currently he is Director-Research at Chettinad Health City at chennai. He can be reached at : pitchappanrm@yahoo.co.uk
Since my childhood, when he used to drop me in my school in his Lamby scooter, I have seen him in many roles. In my college days, I was one among the thousand students listening to his lectures in University of Madras. And I have admired him as always. As I grew up, I did understand his contribution to science which he continues to do so.
Research papers are published by Dr.RMP and his students in various jounals and magazines at national and international level.This is an attempt to summarize various news articles about Dr.RMP.
